Buff & Flo is a comprehensive wellness space in Buffalo, NY. This space is unique largely due to the wide variety of offerings existing under one roof: barre, yoga, and pilates.
When we began working together, the owners of the studio wanted to improve their visual content in both photo & video for social media and web. They really wanted to showcase the strength of their community, inclusivity, and create a more cohesive look to their digital presence.
Buff & Flo’s annual yoga retreat took place in Agropoli, Italy in June of 2023. I captured the trip from all angles for promotional materials, documenting excursion experiences, local flare, and cultural immersion.
